Company History
Founded in 1985 as the controls and integration division of Electro-Techniques, Inc., a respected industrial electrical contracting firm, Control Dynamics was established to meet the growing demand for advanced automation and integrated control systems within manufacturing environments. Building on this foundation, the division was formally incorporated in 1998 as Control Dynamics, Inc., allowing for expanded capabilities and a sharper focus on controls engineering and system integration.
Over the decades, Control Dynamics developed a reputation for delivering comprehensive, turn-key automation solutions across a wide range of industries. Through consistent execution, technical excellence, and a commitment to long-term partnerships, the company cultivated enduring relationships with clients throughout West Michigan and across the United States, supporting complex industrial operations with reliable, scalable control systems.
In January 2024, Control Dynamics, Inc. was acquired by Verona Industrial Controls, based in Howell, Michigan. Continuing operations under the d/b/a Control Dynamics Integrators (CDI), the organization carries forward its legacy of engineering excellence while advancing its capabilities through renewed investment, expanded resources, and a continued focus on innovation, service, and customer success.
